Refund and Returns Policy

At Luminaire Cosmetic, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the products you received, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or damaged.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
    • Opened or used skincare products
    • Lipsticks and other lip products
    • Makeup brushes and tools
    • Clearance or sale items

Return Process

  1. Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at luminairecosmetic.pk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you instructions on how to return the items.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued via online banking. So, that purpose we need your bank account details.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement or refund.
